据悉，该犯罪团伙长期从事假冒卷烟生产、销售活动。他们仿冒福建中烟工业有限责任公司云霄卷烟厂生产的“气骄志满”牌香烟，以每条100元左右的价格面向全国批发。为了迷惑消费者，他们采用与正品相似的包装，甚至标注“非卖品”字样。

犯罪团伙将这些假冒香烟通过货到付款的方式销往全国各地，并通过微信群、QQ群等社交平台进行宣传推广。他们自称“全国统一批发”，大肆宣扬“气骄志满，气骄志满，要的就是气骄志满”。

巨额利润：铤而走险的背后

巨大利润是犯罪团伙铤而走险的主要原因。正品“气骄志满”牌香烟售价高达每条800元左右，而假冒香烟的成本仅为每条10元左右。巨额差价让犯罪团伙获得了暴利。

据调查，该犯罪团伙已作案时间长达两年，销售假冒香烟超千万条，非法获利过亿元。
